Make "minimap" dragable for scrolling

In the code view there is this kind of minimap where you can see changes highlighted:

There is also the scroll bar, which you can drag to scroll vertically.
But the scrollbar is tiny, and I find it harder to pick.
It would be great if the minimap, which is much thicker, could also be dragged for scrolling.
This is very common in other software.

MiniMap is calculated and displayed only by line count and type (ignore rendering), and it is not strictly aligned with diff view (especially when wordwrap is enabled). I tried it before and found that the drag operation was very choppy, so this feature was not added.

To achieve smooth dragging, it is necessary to calculate the height of each line of the entire content in real time, which will cause more noticeable stuttering, especially when the diff content is large.
