Updated the instruction in the "Using MCP servers in Copilot Chat" section to reflect the current Visual Studio Code UI.

The existing documentation instructs users to open Copilot Chat by clicking the Copilot icon in the title bar. The icon has changed in current versions of Visual Studio Code, so the instruction is being updated to match the current UI and make it easier for users to identify and open Copilot Chat.
