Added a note to the GitHub Copilot Chat documentation clarifying that Copilot Free and Copilot Student users cannot manually select a model and use Auto model selection only.

The note also clarifies that manual model selection is available on eligible paid Copilot plans, subject to organization or enterprise policies.
