The advisory page and the improvement form do not show whether someone has already suggested a change for that advisory. Two people can work on the same improvement without knowing about each other, and after you submit the form you cannot get back to your own pull request from the advisory either. The only way to find it is to search github/advisory-database for the GHSA id.
